Chernomorets Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Odessa, Ukraine. It was used mostly for football matches, as the home ground of FC Chernomorets Odessa. The stadium, built in 1936, held 34,362 people. The stadium hosted the Ukrainian Super Cup from 2004 until 2007. At the end of 2008 the stadium closed, and was demolished in 2009.[1] It was replaced by the new one, which was constructed on the same site.

The venue was considered to be one of the stadiums of EURO 2012 but failed to be nominated as such.[2]
