The Francis Griffith Newlands Memorial Fountain is located in the center of Chevy Chase Circle.
A Garden Club of America Entrance Marker, Chevy Chase Circle, located on the Washington, D.C. and Maryland border. The stone pylon was made in 1933 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Chevy Chase Circle is a traffic circle straddling the border of Chevy Chase, Washington, D.C. and Chevy Chase, Maryland. The circle sits upon the convergence of Western Avenue, Grafton Street, Magnolia Parkway, Chevy Chase Parkway, and Connecticut Avenue. In the center of the circle is a fountain dedicated to Representative and Senator Francis Griffith Newlands of Nevada. The circle is one of 33 Circles in the District of Columbia
