Thomas Winton Boggs is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Boggs pitched in all or part of nine seasons in the major leagues between by|1976 and by|1985.

Boggs was the 2nd overall pick in the 1974 Major League Baseball Draft, drafted out of high school by the Texas Rangers. He started his major league career with the Rangers, and ended it with them as well. In between, he pitched six seasons for the Atlanta Braves.
