Roseland Plantation, also known as the Frank Gaines Place, is a historic plantation located in Faunsdale, Alabama. It was built in 1835 as a dogtrot log cabin and then, in 1850, enlarged and remodeled in the Greek Revival style.Marengo County Heritage Book Committee: "The heritage of Marengo County, Alabama", page 15.
