Released on May 19, 2008 throughout the UK, it was the band's first release on Leeds label On The Bone Records as well as being the band's last ever release before splitting in mid 2008. It contains 3 new This Et Al songs as well a much older song, "The Tale of Frosty Jackson," which had previously been unreleased.
