Master of Science in Real Estate

The Master of Science in Real Estate program is a graduate level education available at some universities. Major focus of the major include: corporate real estate, real estate consulting, real estate valuation, commercial real estate brokerage, valuation, capital markets, investment and asset management or sometimes development.

The coursework of a Master of Science in Real Estate is different from a Master of Real Estate Development program. Which includes these above topics and construction, law, public policy, and city planning.
