115477 Brantanica (2003 UK8) is a Main-belt Asteroid discovered on October 19, 2003 by James Whitney Young at the Table Mountain Observatory near Wrightwood, California.

Named using the truncated combination of the first names for the three grandchildren Brandon, Brittany, and Monica of the discoverer, a son and two daughters of the discoverer’s daughter Jennifer.
