SERPINA9 also known as centerin or GCET1 is a human gene.cite web | title = Entrez Gene: SERPINA9 | url = http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=327657| accessdate = ] The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the serpin family of serine protease inhibitors.

The expression of SERPINA9 is restricted to germinal center B cells and lymphoid malignancies. SERPINA9 is likely to function in vivo in the germinal center as an efficient inhibitor of trypsin-like proteases.cite journal | author = Paterson MA, Horvath AJ, Pike RN, Coughlin PB | title = Molecular characterization of centerin, a germinal centre cell serpin | journal = Biochem.
