Colin Russell (born July 2, 1984 in Oshawa, Ontario) is a Canadian swimmer. He is a freestyle specialist, and won a silver medal in the 4x200m freestyle relay at the 2005 World Aquatics Championships.

He competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in 200m Freestyle, 4x100m Freestyle Relay (finishing sixth) and 4x200m Freestyle Relay.
