The West New Guinea languages are the branch of Austronesian languages of Indonesia, found in the Raja Ampat Islands west of New Guinea and in the islands and shoreline of Cenderawasih Bay in the provinces of West Papua and Papua.

Most of the languages are only known from short word lists, but Biak and Waropen are fairly well attested.

If the Lower Mamberamo languages prove to be Austronesian, they would likely be part of the Cenderawasih branch of West New Guinea.
