Dr. Lam Tai Fai, BBS, JP (zh-t|t=林大輝) is the member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Functional constituency, Industrial (Second)). He is also the appointed member of Shatin District Council. [ [http://www.districtcouncils.gov.hk/st_d/english/member_detail.htm#member14 Sha Tin District Council Members (2008 - 2011)] ] He is the managing director of Peninsula Knitters Limited, a textiles and garment company owned by Henry Tang, the Chief Secretary for Administration of Hong Kong. He is the member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
