"Final Approach" is a 2007 action/thriller TV movie starring Dean Cain as disgraced FBI hostage negotiator Jack Bender.

Bender suddenly finds himself in a hostile situation as a group of highly-trained and well-armed terrorists seize the plane on which he is traveling. Bender must re-immerse himself into a world he thought he left behind forever. With time running out, the once-heroic agent must overcome his demons and do what is necessary to save the passengers on board.

Storyline
The film opens in Utah during the very early morning, where the full moon is shown. The Federal Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearm agency are surrounding a compound in Provo Utah. After the agents are in the position their commanding officer informs the people in the compound that they have a warrant for the arrest of Silas Jansen. Soon after informing the compound men suddenly come out and begin firing upon ATA, killing a women. The firing continues until another man is down, where the commanding officer informs someone over a portable phone. He then informs his men to fallback. Soon after he begins talking on the phone again and requests the FBI stating "Jensen's got an army in there, women ,children. I need the FBI."
