List of GO bus routes

This is a list of bus routes served by GO Transit. GO bus fares depend on the origin and destination of the trip.

Fare Integration Services

Fare integration services may exist between GO Transit and local transit providers, where customers may ride GO buses within local service areas using appropriate local proof-of-payment (passes or tickets) at no additional cost. Passengers paying by cash or travelling to an area outside the local service area must pay GO Transit fares.

*Durham Region Transit - All GO bus routes serving Durham Region are integrated with GO Transit.
*York Region Transit - Route 69 is integrated with GO Transit. Trips crossing both Ravenshoe Road and Holborn Road require two-zone fares.

Local transit systems may offer reduced fares when making a connection between a local route and a GO Transit route at a GO train station. In all cases passengers GO Transit proof of payment (either a monthly pass or an uncancelled ride on a 2-ride or 10-ride ticket for passengers connecting to GO Transit, or a monthly pass or valid recently-cancelled ticket for passengers connecting from GO Transit) must be presented to the local transit operator.
*Brampton Transit - 50 cents to/from any GO Station in Brampton (Bramalea, Brampton, Mount Pleasant) or Malton GO Station in Mississauga.
** Brampton Downtown Bus Terminal is considered part of Brampton GO Station for connecting to and from local routes.
*Burlington Transit - 50 cents to/from any GO Station in Burlington (Aldershot, Appleby, or Burlington). $20 monthly option also available.
*Durham Region Transit - 65 cents to/from any GO Station in Durham Region (Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, or Whitby), or Rouge Hill GO Station in Toronto. $6.25 10-ride option and $25 monthly option also available.
*Hamilton Street Railway - $15 monthly option to/from Hamilton GO Centre for holders of GO monthly passes, allowing the GO monthly pass to double as a Hamilton Street Railway monthly pass.
*Milton Transit - 50 cents to/from Milton GO Station. $20 monthly option also available for holders of GO monthly passes.
*Mississauga Transit - 60 cents to/from any GO Station in Mississauga (Clarkson, Cooksville, Dixie, Erindale, Malton, Meadowvale, and Port Credit, Streetsville) or Long Branch GO Station in Toronto. $23 monthly option also available for holders of GO monthly passes.
*Oakville Transit - 50 cents to/from any GO Station in Oakville (Oakville, Bronte, and Clarkson). $20 monthly option also available for holders of GO monthly passes.
*Region of Peel TransHelp - 50 cents to/from Port Credit GO Station or Brampton GO Station.
*York Region Transit (includes VIVA and Toronto Transit Commission routes serving York Region) - 50 cents to/from any GO Station in York Region (Aurora, Centennial, East Gwilimbury, King City, Langstaff, Lincolnville, Maple, Markham, Mount Joy, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Rutherford, or Stouffville) or Milliken GO Station and York University GO Station in Toronto. Richmond Hill Centre Terminal is considered part of Langstaff GO Station for this purpose. $20 monthly option also available for holders of GO monthly passes.
** Richmond Hill Centre Terminal is considered part of Langstaff GO Station for connecting to and from local routes.
** Enterprise Vivastation is considered part of Unionville GO Station for connecting to and from local routes.
** For TTC routes serving GO stations in York Region (102D Markham Road North, 105D Keele North, and 129A McCowan North), extra fare is required when crossing Steeles Avenue, as per TTC policy. TTC's "TTC Times Two" cannot be used as proof of TTC fare when crossing into Toronto.
** YRT's fare discount cannot be used on TTC route 53B/53E Steeles East (serving Milliken GO Station) even though the bus route briefly goes north of Steeles Avenue into York Region, as the route does "not" charge extra fares to or from parts of the route north of Steeles Avenue. There are no TTC routes that both enter York Region (and charge extra fares) and serve either of the two Toronto GO Stations where the discount is valid.

In addition, Barrie Transit offers free connections to/from Barrie South GO Station for GO train users, and the Toronto Transit Commission offers "TTC Times Two", allowing TTC users to board a second TTC leg using the transfer from the first if there is a GO Transit leg in between.
