Forest Hills–71st Avenue is a station on the IND Queens Boulevard Line of the New York City Subway, located on Queens Boulevard at 71st (Continental) Avenue in Forest Hills, Queens.

This express station is the terminal for the local NYCS|G, NYCS|R, and NYCS|V trains. East of this station, there are tracks leading to Jamaica Yard, which services all Queens Boulevard Line trains and is used to turn local trains. After this, NYCS|F trains switch to the local track and continue on to Jamaica–179th Street. NYCS|E trains continue on the express tracks (except evenings, late nights, and weekends) to Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer, with limited rush-hour service to 179th Street.

On the current MTA map [cite web|url=http://www.mta.info/nyct/maps/subwaymap.pdf|title=MTA New York City Subway with bus, railroad and ferry connections|accessdate=2007-09-04|publisher=Metropolitan Transportation Authority|month=April | year=2007|format=pdf] and published timetables, [cite web|url=http://www.mta.info/nyct/service/pdf/tecur.pdf|title=E Train Timetable|accessdate=2007-09-27|publisher=New York City Transit|date=Fall 2006/Winter 2007|format=pdf] the station name is "Forest Hills–71st Avenue." In the past, "Continental Avenue" (the alternative name of 71st Avenue) has been included the name. [cite web|url=http://www.nycsubway.org/maps/historical.html|title=NYC Subway Historical Maps|accessdate=2007-09-27] As of 2007, platform signage reads "71–Continental Av–Forest Hills".

There are three fare control areas along the full width mezzanine. Two of them are near each other along wrap-around passageway outside of fare control. The full time booth is near the east end and is closest to the 71st Avenue and Queens Boulevard staircase on the south side. One of the part-time booths is in the same area in the middle of the mezzanine and is closest to 108th Street and 71st Avenue. It is in service during the morning rush hours. Other time, passengers must enter and exit using the High Entry-Exit Turnstiles. The other part-time booth is at the west end by 70th Road and Queens Blvd and has only one street stair. There are 7 stairs to each platform. The platform walls have a green tile band with black border. A renovated and expanded tower is at the far eastern end of the Jamaica-bound platform, another mini-tower sits on the center of the Manhattan-bound platform, but it is not used very often.
