"Adventures In Suburban Boredom" (AiSB) was an international zine that focused on independent artists, independent bands, and the independent music scene. It was founded by Lauren Cunningham, Christine Sharp, and Tamara Mitchell.
Adventures In Suburban Boredom's first magazine rotation, held articles on several independent up and coming bands: Axium, Midwest Kings (MWK), Maroon5, and John Mayer just to name a few. Christine, Lauren and Tamara did promotion for bands by selling merchandise, distributing band/artist memorabilia (stickers, fliers, pins, posters, etc) to crowds at concerts in and around Tulsa, Oklahoma to help raise the awareness of the bands/artists.
