Rabbinical College of Canada, also known as Tumchi Temimim Lubavitch, is a noted rabbinical institution of higher education in the rabbinate providing rabbinical ordinations from 1947 - 1990. As the names suggest they are schools geared towards the rabbinate by providing schooling geared towards rabbinical ordination. At one time it had one of the most respected rabbinical programs in the 70s and late 80s with the passing of Rabbi Issac Schwei and Rabbi Pinchas Hisrchprung the ordination program was terminated.

The history of the institution began with the arrival of 9 teachers from China, that fled Poland during the WWII, following a set of teachers and students arrive from a Canadian POW holding camp in New Brunswick, that contained Austrian Jewish citizens deported from England during the war, they joined the above nine that made up most of the staff. Most students in 40's were immigrants fleeing Europe, and already small established traditional Jewish community, The school was located on Parc Ave at first in what is now known as the trendy Plateau district. The current location is on Westbury on the corner of Plamadon in the district of Victoria, in CDN/NDG borough riding, also in Mont Royal federal riding.
