Herbert Armstrong Bevard is a Roman Catholic bishop from the United States. He is currently serving as the Bishop of Saint Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands. Bishop Bevard was appointed to the diocese by Pope Benedict XVI on 7 July 2008.

He was ordained to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in 1972 after converting from Presbyterianism. He was created monsignor in 2003. He was stationed in Philadelphia as episcopal vicar for the city’s northern half. He was ordained to the episcopate for the Diocese of Saint Thomas on 3 September by Archbishop Donald Wuerl of Washington as the Metropolitan of Saint Thomas, with the principal co-consecrators being Archbishop Joseph Kurtz of the Archdiocese of Louisville and Bishop Daniel Edward Thomas, auxiliary bishop of Philadelphia.
