Ching Wah Court

Ching Wah Court

Ching Wah Court (Chinese: 青華苑) is a housing estate under Home Ownership Scheme by Hong Kong Housing Authority on Tsing Yi Island, Hong Kong. It is unlike the first Home Ownership Scheme estate, Ching Shing Court, which was the first one completely designed to be a standalone comparable to other private housing estates on the island. Ching Wah Court was completed in two phases in 1986 and 1987, and it was sold under plan 8A and 9A of the Home Ownership Scheme. It situates on the hills and is opposite to the fifth phase of Cheung Hong Estate.

The design of the estates are the mixture of Windmill and Flexi type.
