Emmanouil Papasterianos (born 15 August 1987) started his career when he was picked up by M.G.C Akanthos (in Chalkidiki) at a young age and then Ierissos. His impressive performances caught the eye of a Iraklis Thessaloniki F.C. scout and joined Iraklis in the summer of 2006.
