William M. "Bill" Moore was the fourth head college football coach for the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils located in New Britain, Connecticut and he held that position for three seasons, from 1959 until 1961. His coaching record at Central Connecticut was 9 wins, 15 losses, and 1 tie.
