David Perry (rugby player)

David Gordon Perry (born 26 December 1937) [cite book |last=Griffiths|first=John |title=The Phoenix Book of International Rugby Records |year=1987 |publisher=J. M. Dent & Sons Ltd |location=London |isbn=0460070037 |pages=p12:9] is a former Nrut|England international rugby union player and captain.

Perry was capped fifteen times for England between 1963 and 1966, making thirteen appearances at number 8 and twice at lock. He scored two international tries, and captained England in all four internationals in the 1965 Five Nations Championship. [Griffiths, page 1:39]

He played for Cambridge in the 1958 Varsity match and played club rugby for Bedford.
