California's 54th State Assembly District is one of 80 districts in the California State Assembly. It is currently represented by Democrat Betty Karnette of Long Beach.

District Profile

The district currently consists of 4.45% of Los Angeles County and includes San Clemente and Santa Catalina Islands (Avalon), the Palos Verdes Peninsula (Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, and Rolling Hills Estates), all of Signal Hill, 56.87% of Long Beach, and 2.13% of Los Angeles.
