The Ritz-Carlton Denver, formerly known as the Embasssy Suites Downtown, is a skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. The building, a part of the Denver Place complex, was completed in 1983, and rises 38 floors and convert|390|ft|m|0|lk=on in height. The building stands as the sixteenth-tallest building in Denver and Colorado.

The building was constructed as Embassy Suites and Apartments at Denver Place in 1983, at which point it was the second-tallest hotel building in Denver, behind the convert|522|ft|m|0|adj=on MCI Building, now known as 707 17th Street; this structure is a mixed use hotel and commercial property whose lowest 20 floors are occupied by a Marriott Hotel. The uppermost 17 floors of the tower conists of apartments. In 2005, the building began a renovation and conversion of its lower hotel floors to a Ritz-Carlton hotel. This conversion was completed in early 2008, and the hotel had its grand opening ceremony on January 11, 2008.

The Ritz-Carlton Denver tower can be seen in several episodes of the television series Hill Street Blues, which ran on NBC from 1981 until 1987.cite web|url=http://www.denverskyscrapers.com/tallbuildings_downtown_366_448.html|title=Downtown's supporting castaccessdate=2008-06-16|publisher=DenverSkyscrapers.com] The series was filmed in Denver, and the building appeared in several episodes as an office building where some of the characters worked. In reality, however, much of the cast stayed in the Embassy Suites hotel during filming shoots.
