"America's Best Dance Crew" is an American television show featuring
street dancecrews from the United States. Season two premiered on MTVin the United States on June 19, 2008, with its live audition taken place on June 7, 2008. It is hosted by Mario Lopezand. features Layla Kayleighas the backstage correspondent. It is judged by rapper Lil Mama, former *NSYNC singer JC Chasez, and hip-hop choreographer Shane Sparks. The second installment of America's Best Dance Crewwas won by Super Cr3w, originating from Las Vegas, Nevada.
America's Best Dance Crew features dance crews from all over the United States and in the second season, these dance crews auditioned in four cities: New York City, Chicago, Houston, and Los Angeles. A total of fourteen dance crews were chosen and split up into West Coast, East Coast, Midwest, and South based on the audition city.

Five crews from Season One and Two were given music videos nominated for Best Dancing in a Video. Like the Video Star Challenge, crews performed with the video behind them and tried to match up the moves in the video while keeping their own style. From this lot, three crews were selected and their standing made subject to public voting. The two crews with the highest votes would perform at the VMA Preshow.
Fanny Pakand Kaba Modernhad faced off in the VMA Preshow and America was asked to vote again. Fanny Pakdanced to Damaged by Danity Kaneand Kaba Moderndanced to Closer by Ne-Yo. Lindsay Lohanand Ciarahad annouced that Fanny Pak had won the dance off.
