"Twilight" is the name of a demo album recorded by the British singer-songwriter Leona Lewis in 2004, two years before becoming famous as the winner of hit reality show "The X-Factor".

The album, comprised almost exclusively of her own compositions, was recorded under Spiral Music, a production company based in Fulham. "I tried to secure a record deal by doing things my own way. The paper affirms that, at the time that the show was happening, "music industry insiders" were concerned "that her "Twilight" tracks [could] be released to capitalize on her "X-Factor" fame, and [could] eclipse any subsequent album releases with Sony".

Predictably, the eleven tracks of "Twilight" leaked onto the Internet, although the CD itself was never made physically available to buy or to download. "In an age where tracks can be leaked on the internet" said one source, "not owning the rights to a track is a problem."

Despite the fears of the record label, the leaked compositions did not affect the release of "Spirit", Leona Lewis' debut album under the Sony Music label.

Leona Lewis performed live some tracks of "Twilight" during an interview with Colin Murray. The singer made acoustic performances of "Paradise", "Twilight" and "Learn To Love". In the same interview, Leona says that some of the songs were written by herself when she was 12 years old.
