"Phantom Blue" is the debut album by American all-female heavy metal band Phantom Blue. It was released in the U.S. by Shrapnel Records and on the rest of the world by Roadrunner Records. Marty Friedman (who was with Megadeth at the time) oversaw production of the album. [ [http://www.phantomblue.com/sounds.htm Phantom Blue - Sounds] ] The album has been out of print for years, making it highly valuable among collectors.

A music video for "Why Call It Love?" was released to promote the album. It was filmed in a maximum security prison in Carson City, Nevada.
