Situated next to Grove Street, a short walk from the Conference Centre in Edinburgh's west end. Prince's Street is a 10 minute walk and it is only 5 minutes' walk from Haymarket station.

Rooms
These apartments comprise one double bedroom, which is decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate a child. Please note that the hotel provides tea / coffee / milk / biscuits and cereal ever day however, bread / butter and jam only on the 1st day. (If clients wish to have bread / butter and jam on the remaining days too this can of course be arranged and the hotel would not charge any extra for this 'extended' breakfast.). Each kitchen is fully eqipped and clients are politely requested to wash their dishes after use.

Restaurant
The apartment block does not have a restaurant as all apartments have fully equipped kitchens.

General
Excellent value accommodation in a very convenient location. A basic continental breakfast is provided in the rooms, however fridge and freezer facilities within every apartment mean guests can bring their own food/drink. They are amonst the best value apartments in central Edinburgh.
