Abdulrahman Al Shoaibi

Abdulrahman Al-Shoaibi, (ar.: عبدالرحمن ناصر الشعيبي), (born December 10, 1980 in Saudi Arabia), also known as Abdul rahman Al Shoaibi is a former Saudi Arabian footballer.

Match Incident

In a match between Al-Raed and Hajer Al Shaibi on October 20 2005 collapsed after a kick to the neck and had a dramatic seizure. He had to be taken to hospital, but he was absolutely fine and didn't spend the night there. He later recovered and was playing within a weeks time. In fact, he played the very next game for Hajer.

A rumour was spread around saying that he was suddenly taken by the angel of death, it is said that he had been strugling with the angel, even though he couldnt see him, then he got tossed around. However it is not confirmed and the reason for this incident is probably due to the kick by the Al-Raed player to his head.
