Pedro Zayas, known as Peedi Crakk and also Peedi Peedi, is an American rapper. He is a member of State Property and is currently signed to Amalgam Digital.

Career

In 2006, Peedi was featured on "Game Theory", the first Def Jam release by fellow rap group The Roots, on its single "Long Time". Shortly afterwards, Roots drummer and leader ?uestlove offered Peedi a provisional spot with the group. In 2008, the rapper announced that after a long run with Roc-A-Fella Records, he finally left the label and signed with booming independent label with Amalgam Digital, where he'll release his debut album, "A Night In The Life", in March 2009. "Yup. I'm back! And I feel unstoppable," said Peedi. "My flow is advanced and as an artist, I'm getting better, especially without the claws of Roc-A-Fella digging at my back. I've been a free agent for the past three months and now signing with the Amalgam Digital label for my first project, I feel even more unstoppable.
