Australia and acts as the main competitor toPepsiCo 's subsidiaryThe Smith's Snackfood Company . SBA was formed in August1998 and is owned bySnack Foods Limited , which is in turn owned byCampbell Soup Company .After The Smith's Snackfood Company, the largest producer of salty snack foods, was acquired by
Frito-Lay , the second largest producer of salty snack foods in Australia (whom are a subsidiary of PepsiCo,) Frito-Lay agreed with theAustralian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to divest a range of brands to prevent unfair trading practices resulting from a monopoly. Those brands included;

*Tasty Jacks Additionally, several manufacturing facilities were released including plants in
