Back to the S__t! is a 1989 album by R&B singer Millie Jackson.

It is most notable for its cover, which features Jackson sitting on a toilet with a pair of panties down to her ankles, with an anguished expression on her face. It has been marked as one of the worst album covers ever by numerous people, including The Guardian.
