Emir Kujovic (born June 22, 1988) is a Swedish football player of Montenegrin descent, who plays striker for Halmstads BK.Seen as a talent young striker he started his career in Superettan and Landskrona BoIS, in 2007 he joind Halmstads BK but was directly loand out to Falkenbergs FF in Superettan for a year [cite web|url=http://www.hallandsposten.se/artikel.asp?oid=204099|title=Lillebror Kujovic till HBK|date=2007-02-02|accessdate=2008-06-29|publisher=Hallandsposten.se|language=Swedish] , in 2008 he returned to Halmstads BK and debuted in the first match of the season against Gefle IF (1-0) as a substitute.

He has an older brother, Ajsel Kujovic, who also plays for Halmstads BK.
