Anime Pulse is a podcast which covers all ranges of new and old Anime as well as the latest news on the Anime industry. The Hosts

Anime Pulse is hosted by Ichigo and Batou. One a computer scientist, the other a physicist, they are both large Anime fans who have been part of fandom for years.

Ichigo lives in Kizugawa, Japan and Batou lives in Broomfield, CO, and produce the show independently.

They have performed live shows at Nan Desu Kan in both 2006 and 2007, and travel around to various cons providing audio and photographic coverage of the shows.

There were several other hosts in the show's history. They went by the names Chigo, Rukia, Kaitar, and Treize. Of these, Chigo was originally ChibiGodzilla, and helped with sound issues on the show. He had the most appearances of the guest hosts until his departure. Rukia was Ichigo's girlfriend and Kaitar is Chigo's girlfriend.

TheOtaku.com Podcast

In early 2006 Anime Pulse started doing a weekly podcast for [http://www.theOtaku.com theOtaku.com] covering the latest news and comments over the previous week on the site. The show is still ongoing.

Manga Pulse

Manga Pulse was started in 2007 as a complementary show that focuses on reviewing Manga. It is hosted by Weltall and Tim the Enchanter. Weltall is Batou's brother.
