Przysucha [IPA-pl|p|sz|y|'|s|u|h|a] is a town in Poland. Located in the Masovian Voivodeship, about 100 km southwest of Warsaw, it is the capital of Przysucha County. It has 6,762 inhabitants (2004). Its name is Yiddish is פשיסחא or פשיסכא (pronounced: Pshiskhe). It was home to a number of prominentfact|date= March 2008 Hasidic Rabbis, such as Simcha Bunim of Peshischa.
