Sri Venkateswara Junior College is established in 1984 in Kamavarapukota, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Many drop outs were benefited from the starting of this college as this college was a very long waited one in this area. In the beginning, classes were conducted in Z.P.P. High School and later shifted to own buildings. Even below middle class people can afford fees in this college.Scholorship fecility is available for S.C.,S.T., and B.C category students. This college offers M.P.C., Bi.P.C., C.E.C., H.E.C. groups in Intermediate Education. Promoter of this college is Sri Kotagiri Vidhyadhara Rao, former state minister. This aided college is managed by TTD, Dwaraka Thirumala. The Principal of this college is Mr.D.S.Ravi Kumar. This college has distinction for getting many National merit scholorships. There are gazetted officers,corporate lecturers and NRI's from this college.
