The Friant-Kern Canal is a convert|151.8|mi|km long canal in the U.S. state of California. It is part of the Central Valley Project managed by the United States Bureau of Reclamation. Its purpose is to carry water south to augment irrigation capacity in Fresno, Tulare, and Kern counties.

The canal begins at Millerton Lake, a reservoir on the San Joaquin River north of Fresno. The canal runs south along the eastern edge of the San Joaquin Valley, ending at the Kern River near Bakersfield.

The canal has a capacity of 5,000 cubic feet per second (142 m³/s), gradually decreasing to 2,000 cubic feet per second (57 m³/s) at the terminus. It was completed in 1951.
