Guangzhou Shipyard International Limited or GSI (hkex|317),(SSE|600685), which was parented by China State Shipbuilding Corporation and founded in 1954, is the largest modern integrated shipbuilding enterprise in Southern China of the People's Republic of China. It was reorganized and issued H share in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and A share in Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1993 respectively.
