Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form is an award given annually by members of theWorld Science Fiction Convention . Any dramatic production of a running time of less than ninety minutes (without commercials, if applicable) that aired in the previous year was eligible for the award, which recognizes the best science fiction or fantasy works. The nominees included four "Doctor Who" episodes written bySteven Moffat ,Russell T Davies andToby Whithouse . The other nominees were Bradley Thompson and David Weddle's "Downloaded", from the series "Battlestar Galactica ", andBrad Wright and company's "200", the 200th episode of "Stargate SG-1 ".After voting, the winners were announced at WorldCon, an annual convention produced by the
World Science Fiction Society . The 2007 WorldCon took place inJapan fromAugust 30 toSeptember 3 .
