Stellar Stone, LLC was a budget video games developer. They are well known for developing , a video game released in 2003 that is considered to be one of the worst games ever made.

The management headquarters was based in Santa Monica, California, with management offices in Los Angeles and London.

This allowed Stellar Stone to produce games cheaply, compared to costs 3 to 5 times higher in price with European or US based developers.

Stellar Stone produced a total of 8 known games, including three games based on the American Civil War. These games were all produced by the US-based company GameMill Publishing, with the exception of "Taxi Racer", which was produced by "Best Buys Interactive". Stellar Stone often used the Eternity game engine developed by TS Group Entertainment LLC. Gettysburg: Civil War Battles and Ultimate Civil War Battles, combines, sold over 100,000 copies in the United States of America.
