Daniel Robert Anderson (born March 3, 1986) is an American musician and record producer, and one the founding members of the alternative rock band Idiot Pilot, the folk/alternative band The Ghost and the Grace, and Glowbug. He is a multi-instrumentalist and provides vocals.[1] Anderson also contributes a track, without a moniker, to the Pacific Northwest electronic music compilation titled "Cumulous".[2]

In 2010, Anderson officially held the fifth highest score ever recorded on Nintendo Tetris.[3]

Recently, Anderson recorded guitar on rapper Hyro Da Hero upcoming album, Birth, School, Work, Death. The Ross Robinson (producer of At the Drive-In, Slipknot, Korn, Glassjaw, Norma Jean, The Blood Brothers) produced album also features Paul Hinojos (of At the Drive-In, Sparta, The Mars Volta), Mark Gajadhar and Cody Votolato (of The Blood Brothers).[4][5]

On October 14, 2010, Anderson released an EP of electronic and dance music under the moniker, Glowbug.[6]

On October 25, 2010, Anderson posted a message from his twitter account about the production of a "Top secret album." The album is currently known by the title of a website that he linked to entitled Ancient Lasers.[7] By following the link you come to a page with some short samples of music playing on repeat and possibly the new album art in the background.
