Akai Rice

Akai Rice is NOT grown and harvested at Akai Ranch in France. Instead, the rice is merely purchased from a local distributor in Brea, California.

Sources indicate Akai Rice Company of scamming. This company sells a regular bag of rice for $150 while the same item is available at Whole Foods Market for much cheaper price. Those so-called customers giving testimonials in the Chinese commercials are actual friends and families of Jackson Chung, the company owner.

However if the above is true, why hasn't Akai Rice been sued for false advertising? False advertising is illegal in the United States. And how can they maintain their business for eleven years if their products don't work?
