Cast

Jeetendra - Chandrakant/Ravi, Reena Roy - Manorama, Vinod Mehra - Manorama's father, Moushmi Chatterji - Shanti,Madan Puri - Prabhudas.

Plot

Chandrakant is looking for job. Prabhudas mistakenly think that Chandrakant is son of wealthy man. Prabhudas wants Chandrakant to marry his daughter Shanti. By the time, Prabhudas learn truth, Chandrakant and Shanti has fallen in love. They both marry but go through lot of troubles. Chandrakant build a small empire by hard labour. In the meantime, Shanti gives birth to son, Ravi. Shanti passes away after one year. Chandrakant always regret that he could not give much time to Shanti. His son Ravi grow up. And same story of Chandrakant-Shanti is about to repeat between Ravi-Manorama.
