Mayer Architect and Marnell Corrao Associates. It is located on the former site of Vacation Village.

While still under construction, the development was the centerpiece of the International Council of Shopping Centers convention, which began May 24, 2007. A wide array of stores such as H&M, Apple, Guitar Center, Martin + Osa, Abercrombie & Fitch, Sephora, and Lucky Brand Jeans are open. An 18-screen RAVE Motion Pictures and restaurants Claim Jumper, Louis's Las Vegas, and Louis's Fish Camp are also open. Many of the stores located on the north side of the project are still under construction and will open by Spring 2008, including anchors Robb & Stucky Interiors, Whole Foods Market, and Borders Books and Music.
