The Mississauga Library System (MLS) services Mississauga, Ontario with 17 branch libraries plus the Central Library, which has five floors of material.

Central Library

The Central Library is the biggest and main library of the Mississauga Library System. The Central Library has five floors divided by subject departments (Arts & History, Business, Children's, Reader's Den, Sciences), offers free wi-fi Internet access, and is one of the busiest libraries in Canada. It opened on October 2, 1991, and it is located at 301 Burnhamthorpe Road West.

The Library offers many services and programs such as story times, March Break activities and a telephone dial-a-story service. Resources range from advice to parents on choosing books to internet resources for kids.
