Peter Ladd Jensen

He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he met fellow student Princess Ubol Rattana Rajakanya of Thailand, daughter of King Bhumibol Adulyadej. They married in August, 1972 and had 3 children, Ploypalin, a daughter, born 1981, Bhumi, a son, born 1983 and Sirikitaya, a daughter, born 1985. Jensen and the Princess officially announced their divorce in 1998. Peter Jensen remarried shortly thereafter to the love of his life.

Jensen's son Bhumi Jensen, who was autistic, drowned in the Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami of December 26, 2004 while vacationing with his mother and younger sister in Khao Lak, Phang Nga province, Thailand. cite news|url=http://soravij.com/poomjensen.html
