Interstate 195 (I-195), also known as the Beltline Expressway, is an Interstate Highway in and near Richmond, Virginia, United States. It is a spur from Interstate 95 at its northwest split with Interstate 64 south to the west side of downtown, where it becomes State Route 195 (Downtown Expressway) near McCloy Street. Near the south end, State Route 76 (Powhite Parkway) splits to the west to serve Richmond's western suburbs.

Much of I-195 was built on both sides of a segment of the Richmond, Fredericksburg and Potomac Railroad, which is currently owned by CSX Transportation and used by Amtrak.
