Willem de Vries Lentsch

Willem de Vries Lentsch (September 10, 1886, Nieuwendam - March 6, 1980, Amsterdam) was a Dutch sailor who competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics and in the 1936 Summer Olympics.

In 1928 he finished fourth in the 12 foot dinghy competition.

Eight years later he was a crew member of the Dutch boat "Bern II" which won the bronze medal in the Star class.

He is the younger brother of Gerard de Vries Lentsch and the father of Willem de Vries Lentsch, Jr.
