"This or That" is the 2nd album by Sway & King Tech, their first since 1990's Concrete Jungle. The album was released in 1999 for Interscope Records and was a huge success due to the posse cut, "The Anthem", which featured RZA, Eminem and KRS-One, among others. Other guests include Big Daddy Kane, Tech N9ne, Chino XL, Gang Starr and Eric B & Rakim.
