Assyrian - The Struggle for Identity

Assyrian - The Struggle for Identity is an upcoming documentary film produced, written and directed by Lamassu Productions. The documentary focuses on the history of the Assyrian people, beginning from the Neo-Assyrian period up until present time, with the current situation of the disunited Assyrian people due to the religious divisions: Nestorian Assyrians, Syriac Assyrians and Chaldean Assyrians. The documentary also touches on the Assyrian name dispute, and its message is unity under the Assyrian identity.
