African Safari Airways was an airline based in Mombasa, Kenya. It operated charter flights and inclusive tours from Europe, mainly to Mombasa. Its main base was Moi International Airport, Mombasacite news | title= Directory: World Airlines | work= Flight International | page= 51 | date= 2007-03-27] .

History

The airline was established by Swiss nationals in Nairobi on 1 August 1967 and started operations on 31 December 1967 with a flight between Zürich and Mombasa, initially using Bristol Britannia aircraft. Jet aircraft were introduced in 1973. It was reorganised as part of the Swiss owned African Safair Club in 2000. It is wholly owned by the African Safari Club.

The airline was shut down on Easter 2008.
